Pre-orders are limited in quantity and are not always fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, but based on item availability and may be randomized.  Delivery capacity from the distribution point is limited to no more than 100 shipments per day, which may also impact fulfillment.

Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change.  Pre-orders are for items that are in development and estimated shipping dates are our best estimate, but are subject to changes due to production and shipping delays. We do our best to keep you updated with any changes.

All sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is canceled or otherwise unavailable, we are not accepting cancellation requests.  Charges will be processed at the time of checkout, not at the time of shipment.  Please make sure you want to go through with the purchase before completing the transaction.

We do not guarantee mint condition packaging. If the packaging has a slight ding or crease, it is not subject to a return or exchange.

Cancellations
The Loyal Subjects endeavors to process orders and shipments as quickly as possible. As such, once a customer’s order is accepted into our system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns
All sales are final, with the exception of defective or damaged merchandise (as described below). The Loyal Subjects will not accept returns of non-defective or non-damaged merchandise and cannot issue refunds, credits or exchanges. Should your product be found defective or damaged, we will replace the product, issue a refund to you, or issue a credit to you, at the sole discretion of The Loyal Subjects.

How To Make A Return
The Loyal Subjects evaluates returns for defects and damages on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, you must contact us within five (5) days of your receipt of the merchandise. Contact us via email at info@theloyalsubjects.com informing us of the issue. Ensure that all communications to The Loyal Subjects are in the English language, and preserve the item and all packaging and shipping materials for documentation purposes. Photos of concern must be provided along with a description of the believed defect or damage.  If approved, our sales staff will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) with further instructions on processing your return. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Please don’t return your item without a RAN – unauthorized returns will be subject to an automatic restock fee of 35% of the sale value of the inventory returned. Shipping and handling fees will only be credited toward your account if the merchandise is deemed defective and/or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Only significant manufacturing defects, missing parts and/or broken pieces within the product itself at the time of delivery will constitute defective or damaged merchandise. Actual product may vary from photographs and packaging. Packaging serves only to protect the product within during shipping and handling. Imperfections or markings on a product’s packaging will not be taken to constitute a defective or damaged product and The Loyal Subjects does not guarantee 'mint in box' delivery. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, abuse or negligence will not be accepted as defective or damaged.

Unique Products May Vary
The Loyal Subjects’ products are individually manufactured collectibles of an artistic nature. Due to unique and sometimes handmade elements of production, slight variations may occur amongst individual products and do not constitute damaged or defective merchandise.

Blind Boxes
Blind boxed products are packed on a random basis. All character likenesses, product information and packing ratios that may be depicted on blind box packaging are for illustrative purposes only. Your received product may differ from that featured on blind box packaging. The Loyal Subjects cannot replace specific blind box figures. If the damaged or defective item you received from The Loyal Subjects was a blind boxed product, we cannot guarantee replacement of the same figure you originally received.

Restriction on Third Party Sales
The Loyal Subjects is not responsible for any sales conducted by third parties, including retailer exclusives. Please direct any issues with such purchases to the applicable third party. Customer inquiries directed to The Loyal Subjects concerning third party sales will be referred to the applicable third party.

Order Processing.  

Pre-Order Terms - By placing a pre-order for our 2025 Exclusive & Limited Edition Products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

● Pre-orders are non-refundable and final sale unless the product is canceled or otherwise unavailable. ● Estimated ship date: PLEASE SEE BLOG FOR UPDATED PRE-ORDER SHIPPING DATES ● Charges will be processed at the time of checkout, not at the time of shipment. ● Pre-orders are limited in quantity and are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. ● You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification once your order has been fulfilled. ● If you order in-stock items along with pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available unless stated otherwise.

Orders generally ship within three to five (3-5) business days after the order is placed except for pre-orders, products on back order, and product release dates.  Destination arrival may take anywhere between 7-21 business days. Delivery times may vary between different carriers.

The Loyal Subjects Domestic packages ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL which provide reliable delivery and package tracking information for all shipments. International orders ship via USPS Priority International. Shipping rates are calculated and added to your total at the time that your order is placed. (UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses). 
Upon shipping your order, we will provide a tracking number for your reference.

Delivery Issues.  In the case of shortages, damage or other issues related to the delivery of your order, you must make any claims within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise. You may contact us at info@theloyalsubjects.com to begin your claim. The Loyal Subjects will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs Requirements For International Orders.  International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes assessed by their country’s customs agencies. We will provide a commercial invoice with all international shipments that represents the full value of the inventory purchased. We cannot mark any international shipments as “gifts”. The Loyal Subjects will not accept returns resulting from an international customer’s refusal to pay their customs duties, so please be sure you’re aware of your respective country’s requirements before placing your order.  Please be aware that products shipped internationally may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and as such The Loyal Subjects cannot guarantee that packaging will be free of signs of tampering.

Payment.  We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Paypal is accepted with an additional 4% processing fee. The Loyal Subjects must receive full payment for an order before processing an order. 

Privacy & Security.  We take your privacy and security very seriously, especially when processing online sales. Please review our full policy within our Terms of Use.

Sales Tax.  Retail orders shipping to addresses within the state of California will automatically be charged the applicable CA sales tax, which may fluctuate between counties and municipalities.

Product release dates not final .  Advertised product release dates are an estimated date that may fluctuate according to things beyond our control. Holidays, factory delays, and events of force majeure may cause unexpected delays in scheduled product release dates and order processing and shipping. The Loyal Subjects accepts no responsibility for delayed product release dates. 

Product release shipping may require additional processing time.  Product release dates are associated with a high volume of orders, and as such customers may experience a slight delay in order processing and shipping. 

Territorial Exceptions .  The availability of some products in certain territories may be limited and/or restricted by their respective licensor. The Loyal Subjects shall not be liable in any way for merchandise obtained in violation of such territorial restrictions.   

Shipping Offers Disclaimer .  Any shipping offers extended by The Loyal Subjects are offered in our sole discretion and may be discontinued at any time. Any such offers exclude any and all associated costs that may be collectable on the consumer’s end, e.g., customs, import duties, etc.
